Steve do you have any idea why the Dahon website isnt working?

  2. Exciting times for Dahon! Awesome bikes!- Jack

  3. It depends, their curve line has the second smallest fold, next to Brompton.

  4. dahon do not fold small at all. they are super thick when folded and difficult to carry

  5. I have been pronouncing it Day-hon and I was wrong.
I guess correct way to say is the backward of Honda.

  6. more drop down bars on your bikes would be a great option, also the pedals need to be flat the ridges drive your foot into the crank arm and that has multiple implications.

  7. them pedals need to be flat the ridges will hook under your shoe and drive your left foot into the crank arm, thus eventually loosening the left side arm.

disgusting, i prefer montague bikes because they look more normal

  9. Dahon Muno Uno or a DAHON MU SL and what would be a price difference a new or a older DAHON MU SL?

  11. perfection

  12. I have a Dahon Mu Uno which I use daily, typically covering over 100kms a week. It’s fantastic.

  13. I love dahon

  14. I have a Boardwalk 7 cnverted to one-speed, for about a decade and it is finally in a usable form after changing wheels, chain, and taking off all accesories, it is light but the set post angle as in all dahon is very steep and after just a little of driving my knees hurt… it is horrible design overall.

Owned a SpeedPro. Utter garbage; NOT up to the rigors of my 26 mi. daily round-trip commute.

Dahons have climbed steadily in price over the past couple of years. For the same money, one can have Bike Friday custom build a bike to fit . You’d have to be nuts to get a mass-produced bike that, while adjustable, will NOT fit most riders as well as the Bike Friday.

Having ridden both brands, I can say without reservation that BF is a far better bike, and a much better company to deal with.

  16. bought dahon speed P8 on March 2010 on authorized dealer, made a complain about the frame and the paint job.. but… until this very second, no response what so ever about it…
never imagine that i would be in the loop of dahon (in)famous after sales service…. hiks…

  17. I wonder if Dahon will ever develop a belt drive bike, like the Gates Carbon Drive?
